We are secured by one of the safest and most popular platforms in the world- Pay Pal  will allow you to use any of the above mentioned cards or your own pay pal account if you have one.

I need to return my purchase. What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Clothes Befitting, you can exchange it or return it for a full product refund within 25 days. Just follow instructions below:

If you are exchanging your item(s) please do this...
1. Use the original packaging to return your item.
2. Return unworn items with original tags only.
3. Email Linda@clothesbefitting or call Linda @ 336-434-3160 to make your replacement order and request your return label via email.
We are happy to pay for the return shipping AND FREE shipping on the replacement order back to you. It is very important to us that you wear clothing that makes you look and feel fabulous!
4. Print your return label and tape it on the box. Give it to your postman within 3 days. The return labels are deactivated by USPS after that.

If you are returning for a refund, Please do this...
1. Use the original packaging to return your item.
2. You may return it by USPS, Fed EX or UPS, whatever is most convenient for you. Please insure and track the return to prevent any problems.
3. The very day that we receive your item, we will notify Pay Pal to return the item cost back to you.

We have a third alternative if you choose to return for a Clothes Befitting credit...
1. Use the original packaging to return your item.
2. Call Clothes Befitting at 336-434-3160 and we will email you a prepaid return label and along with that a Gift Certificate for the exact amount of the order including the original shipping cost. You can use this at your convenience.

Do you have Gift Certificates?

Yes we do. They are the perfect alternative to give to the hard to buy for Fashionista in your life. Admit it, we all have at least one. Gift Certificates are also a very good deal. We will give an additional 10% of the price you paid in merchandise to the recipient. For example if you purchase a $100.00 Certificate,  the giftee will get to spend $110.00. We can also personalize it with whatever text you choose.

 

Do you do Backorders?

Most orders are received by you in 3 to 7 days.

Occasionally, we are forced to do a back order. These items are generally marked with either "Special Order" or "Subject to Availability".  An example of a Special Order is... Judy P V-neck sleeveless top. And an example of Subject to Availability is...  Poetic License Good to be Bad.

99% of the time, we will fill these orders within 2 weeks to 3 weeks. You will receive an email in 24 hours, letting you know just when the item will ship. In the unlikely case, that we will not be able to fill the order in the allotted time, we will return your payment immediately and you will receive a $10.00 gift certificate for your inconvenience to use toward your next order.

 

 

Do you have real people answering your phone if I have a question?

Indeed! You will always be able to contact a real person whether it is by phone or email. Most times, Linda herself, will answer the phone- even on weekends. If she happens to be in the back  packing your orders, she will get back to you within 24 hours. Same with  email. We totally encourage communication. Our goal is to get it right the first time. How can I write a review on an item?

Easy Peasy! We love to hear from you. Please help us, to help you, by letting us know what you think.

  • Go to the individual item that you would like to review.
  • About 2/3 down the page, you will see a tab for description. Next to that will be Body type and reviews.
  • Just click on the review tab and review away.

What happens to my email address if I join your mail list?

How long will it take to recieve my order?

If you are located in the U.S., standard shipping will be from 3 to 5 days. If you need your shipment sooner, no problem, we can do that too. Just click on Shipping for more information.

How do I know what size to buy?

One of the things about this site is that it is so important to me, that you are a well informed buyer.

I have gone to great lengths, at the time of entering every new item, to explain in depth about the sizing and to make body type suggestions. Note that in the Feature section, I will say that this item is either true to size, or I feel that you need to go up a size or down a size. Please check the tab that is marked for Body Types and that will help you purchase clothing for your individual Shape.

During my many years of purchasing clothes from a catalog or on-line, my largest pet peeve was a lack of information. I have never been on a site that gave me enough information so I could make a well informed decision, it was always a blind purchase. So from the mistakes of others and myself, I have brought to you, what I feel is a wealth of information about every piece of clothing.
